  1. I ordered a bottle of passionfruit syrup in November of 2012 on the Bello website and NEVER received it. I've written emails several times to several different people within the company to get a refund or get the product I ordered but although one person responded to me and assured me that I would get a resolution, nothing happened. This company is not a reputable company if they cannot provide the BASIC customer service of giving the customer what they've PAID for. It is now nearing the end of February 2013 and no response from the Bello Team. I should have known what I was dealing with when I originally ordered passionfruit syrup and Jam from this company and they sent me BLACK colored syrup and Jam. Those producs had been expired for over a year when I received them. They were supposed to have replaced those products, but then they replaced half of my order at my insistence and have basically ignored me since then.
